After working as executive chef for one of London’s top event caterers, Will made the move to Cornwall to do what most chefs want to do, open their own place. After seven years of success at the Watch House in St Mawes, we’ve set up Harbour and Field to offer event catering from our new kitchen in Truro. At Harbour and Field we are all about providing creative menu options for customers who want food to be at the centre of their event. From luxury wedding banquets to humble sausage rolls, we put care and attention into everything we do.
